    We are manufacturer of clothes with headquarters located in Bratislava, Slovakia. We have more than 20 years of experience in making socks and other quality clothes alongside world wide distribution.
  • What do we offer?
    We operate under our brand Jjustplay for regular orders. All the products are on stock and ready for deliveries . Alongside that we are providing our partners with possibility of customisation or private label.
  • How can we guarantee quality?
    We are providing our partners with samples before large production alongside providing our partners with inspection of our facilities if necessary. Additionally, you can also visit our store for personal evaluation.
  • Where do we operate?
    Our working model provide our partners with world wide delivery that is fast and convenient.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantity for regular order is 1 BAG (24 pcs). For the custom orders and private label the minimum order quantity is 2 BOXes (960 pcs).
  • How can I order?
    Regular order - you can order directly via our portal, you just need to register. Additionally you can contact us directly via email (info@jjustplay.com) or WhatsApp ( +52 686 615 6688 ) Custom order or private label - You need to contact us directly via email (info@jjustplay.com) and our sales representative will contact you in order to discuss the details.
  • What size should I order? Where can I find the measurements?
    Some products have their exact measurements listed on the Size Chart tab. Other products have estimated sizes according to the GENERAL SIZE CHART.
  • What is our return goods policy?
    You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please fill out the form in the CONTACT US section and check the option “return or exchange” in the specified part or contact us directly via email.
  • Is it possible to cancel an order?
    An order may be canceled if it has not been processed and shipped. It must be in processing or pending status. Please fill out the form in the CONTACT US section and check the option “cancel order” in the specified part or contact us directly via email.
  • What are the payment options?
    For regular orders you can choose from either payment on pickup or bank transfer before expedition option. In case of custom order the details needs to be confirmed beforehand with our sales representative.
  • What are the delivery options and how long it takes to receive the order?
    You can choose either from pickup from the warehouse or custom transport. Pickup from the warehouse - the order will be prepared for pickup within 4 business days upon confirmation. Custom transport - you can arrange a custom transport for pickup or we can arrange it for you. The order will be prepared for transport within 4 business days. All the products that we have listed are on stock and order will be processed for delivery immediately after confirmation of the order and delivery option.
